Core participants

The Inquiry’s ‘core participants’ (CPs) are designated by the Chairman. Each is legally represented, as detailed below. Someone becomes a CP if they seem to the Chairman to meet one or more of the following criteria. An individual who does not wish to be made a CP can simply decline the invitation.
