Gerard Elias QC
Gerard Elias is a member and former head of Farrar's Building and a former Leader of the Wales & Chester Circuit. A deputy High Court Judge and a Recorder of the Crown Court, he has been involved in many significant criminal cases, but in recent years he has been engaged in 2 major public inquiries, as Counsel to the North Wales Child Abuse Inquiry, and representing former soldiers and senior civil servants before the Bloody Sunday Inquiry.
Nicholas Moss
Nicholas Moss is a member of Temple Garden Chambers. He was called to the Bar in 1995 and is on the Attorney General's A Panel of Civil Advocates. He has appeared and advised in several major public inquiries (Billy Wright, Bloody Sunday, BSE and Rosemary Nelson) as well as the recent Nimrod Review. He is instructed in inquests concerning deaths in prison custody as well as military deaths, for example the Collinson inquest (Deepcut) and the Gentle inquest.
Patrick Halliday
Patrick Halliday is a member of 11KBW Chambers. He was called to the Bar in 2005, after obtaining a first class degree in Social and Political Sciences from Cambridge University and a distinction in the Common Professional Examination from City University. He specialises in public law and employment law.
