As Secretary, Lee Hughes CBE is the person appointed by the Chairman to carry out the administration and management of the Inquiry.

| Frances Currie is a civil servant on loan to the Inquiry from the Department for Education. She has a background in HR and Programme Management and is also Deputy Secretary to the Al-Sweady Public Inquiry. |
