Directions Hearings

Directions hearings are procedural and it is when the Chairman, the Rt Hon Sir William Gage, hears submissions from lawyers representing the Inquiry’s core participants. The core participants made representations about matters such as witness anonymity, reporting restrictions and legal representation arrangements.
